At Mae Wellness, fitness is about more than a workout—it’s about creating meaningful change that lasts. My approach blends a professional dance background with a deep understanding of movement science, making each program both dynamic and grounded in expertise.
Based in Manhattan, I work in person with clients across the city, while also making my services accessible anywhere—so you can experience personalized care and support no matter where you are.
I earned my BFA in Dance Performance with a minor in Kinesiology, giving me a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and the art of movement. From there, I pursued certifications in personal training, pre- and post-natal fitness, barre, assisted stretching, and nutrition to expand the ways I can support clients. With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked in private training, collegiate weight rooms, corporate wellness, and one-on-one stretching sessions—always tailoring each program to fit individual needs.
Whether your goals include building strength, moving confidently through pregnancy or postpartum, improving mobility, or finding balance in nutrition, my mission is to provide thoughtful, sustainable guidance every step of the way.
