With a Kinesiology background from Ball State University and hands-on experience in the Human Performance Lab, I bring science-backed training to every session. I’ve worked with Division I athletes, marathon and event-driven trainees, plus clients ages 14 to 93—helping each person build strength, move better, and feel confident in their body. My coaching focuses on proper form, sustainable progress, and training that supports your real-life movement. Whether you’re chasing a performance goal or simply looking to feel stronger day-to-day, I create programs that meet you where you are and grow with you.

Assisted Stretching
Experience customized, one-on-one assisted stretching designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and enhance recovery. I’ve stretched collegiate athletes, corporate professionals, and everyday movers in both studio and corporate fitness settings, and I’m certified in myofascial release to help address deeper restrictions and restore optimal movement.
